TelBenina Tablet is used to lower high blood pressure (hypertension). Keeping your blood pressure under control helps reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and kidney problems.

You should avoid taking TelBenina Tablet if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as it may harm or even be fatal to the unborn baby. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to benidipine, telmisartan, or any of its ingredients. It should also be avoided if you have severe liver problems, low blood pressure, or are in shock due to heart issues. Additionally, if you are taking aliskiren (a medicine for high blood pressure) and have diabetes, you should not take TelBenina Tablet.

You should stop taking TelBenina Tablet and contact your doctor immediately if you experience serious side effects. These may include yellowing of the skin or eyes (which could indicate a liver problem), swelling of the face, lips, or throat (a sign of an allergic reaction), severe dizziness or fainting, and muscle weakness or irregular heartbeat (which may be related to changes in potassium levels).

While on TelBenina Tablet treatment, you should not drink grapefruit juice as it can lower your blood pressure too much, be careful when standing up quickly as you might feel dizzy, and avoid alcohol which can worsen side effects.

The exact time TelBenina Tablet takes to show its effect is not known. However, TelBenina Tablet may start lowering blood pressure within a few hours to days. The full benefits of blood control may take a few days to weeks.

TelBenina Tablet is generally safe to take and indulge in physical activity. However, you should monitor for excessive dizziness, unusual fatigue, or muscle cramps.

You should never stop TelBenina Tablet abruptly and continue taking it as prescribed. Stopping TelBenina Tablet may cause dangerous blood pressure spikes.

You should store TelBenina Tablet at room temperature in its original container or strip. Keep it away from moisture.
