How Sparid Products work
Mefenamic Acid + Dicyclomine + Dimethicone is a combination of three medicines: Mefenamic Acid + Dicyclomine + Dimethicone1, Mefenamic Acid + Dicyclomine + Dimethicone2 and Mefenamic Acid + Dicyclomine + Dimethicone3. Mefenamic Acid + Dicyclomine + Dimethicone1 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling). Mefenamic Acid + Dicyclomine + Dimethicone2 is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions, thereby relieving cramps and pain. Mefenamic Acid + Dicyclomine + Dimethicone3 is a defoaming medicine which relieves bloating.
