Q. What is ROGLIN M TABLET 2 MG/500 MG used for?

ROGLIN M TABLET 2 MG/500 MG is used to help control blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It works best when combined with a proper diet and regular exercise, especially in people who have not responded well to single diabetic medication such as metformin or pioglitazone alone.

Q. Can ROGLIN M TABLET 2 MG/500 MG cause low blood sugar?

While ROGLIN M TABLET 2 MG/500 MG rarely causes low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) on its own, the risk increases if it is taken with insulin or other diabetes medicines. Symptoms of low blood sugar may include dizziness, sweating, or shakiness. Always carry a quick sugar source like glucose tablets or candy.

Q. Who should not take ROGLIN M TABLET 2 MG/500 MG?

Individuals should not take ROGLIN M TABLET 2 MG/500 MG if they have heart failure, liver or kidney disease, bladder cancer, or a history of alcohol abuse. It is also not safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
