How Regia Products work
Halobetasol + Salicylic Acid is a combination of two medicines: Halobetasol + Salicylic Acid1 and Halobetasol + Salicylic Acid2 which treat eczema and psoriasis. Halobetasol + Salicylic Acid1 is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Halobetasol + Salicylic Acid2 is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Halobetasol + Salicylic Acid1 into the skin.
