Frequently asked questions about Red Rid Products

Q. What is Red Rid Eye Drop used for?

Red Rid Eye Drop is used to provide relief from eye allergies by reducing redness, swelling, and irritation. It helps soothe burning and discomfort in the eyes. It also promotes clear and comfortable vision, making it easier to manage daily activities without irritation.

Q. How often can I safely use Red Rid Eye Drop?

You can use 1-2 drops of Red Rid Eye Drop in each eye, maximum up to 4 times a day. Don't use continuously for more than 3-4 days. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor.

Q. Can Red Rid Eye Drop be used long-term?

No. You should avoid using Red Rid Eye Drop for a longer period unless advised by your doctor. Prolonged use of Red Rid Eye Drop can cause rebound redness (eyes get redder when the effect of Red Rid Eye Drop wears off). It may also cause possible damage to blood vessels and can mask serious eye conditions.

Q. When should I stop using Red Rid Eye Drop immediately?

You should discontinue and see an eye doctor if you experience severe eye pain, vision changes, and persistent redness/worsening after 72 hours.

Q. Can I use Red Rid Eye Drop temporarily during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

You should consult a doctor before using Red Rid Eye Drop, as small amounts may be absorbed into the blood and may cause harm. Red Rid Eye Drop is generally avoided unless needed.

Q. Can I use Red Rid Eye Drop for eye infections?

No. Red Rid Eye Drop doesn't treat infections and may worsen some conditions. It can mask symptoms of serious problems. You should see a doctor for any suspected infection.
