Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylephrine + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose + Boric Acid2 is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylephrine + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose + Boric Acid3 is a lubricant similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye.
