Naphazoline + Methylcellulose + Boric Acid + Zinc Sulfate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate is a combination of five medicines. Naphazoline + Methylcellulose + Boric Acid + Zinc Sulfate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate1 is a decongestant that narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and swelling. Naphazoline + Methylcellulose + Boric Acid + Zinc Sulfate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate2 is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning, also moisten the eyes. Naphazoline + Methylcellulose + Boric Acid + Zinc Sulfate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate3 has antibiotic properties that kill infection-causing microorganisms. It also relieves eye irritation. Naphazoline + Methylcellulose + Boric Acid + Zinc Sulfate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate4 has astringent properties, which help to reduce redness and irritability. Naphazoline + Methylcellulose + Boric Acid + Zinc Sulfate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate5 is an antiallergic. It blocks the chemical messenger which causes itching and other allergic symptoms.
