Side Effects of Pegliton are Hepatic decompensation, Neuropsychiatric symptoms, Cardiovascular disorders, Bone marrow suppression, Autoimmune disorders, Endocrine disorders, Eye disorder, Cerebrovascular disease, Worsening of hepatitis B (viral infection of liver), Pulmonary disorders, Colitis, Pancreatic inflammation, Hypersensitivity, Growth retardation in children, Peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness of feet and hand).
