How P 2 Products work
Pantoprazole + Itopride is a combination of two medicines: Pantoprazole + Itopride1 and Pantoprazole + Itopride2. Pantoprazole + Itopride1 is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn. Pantoprazole + Itopride2 is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Serious side effects are rare and can occur if you take a higher than the recommended dose of P 2 Capsule. You could have stomach pain that seems to be getting worse (sign of an inflamed liver or pancreas), back pain, fever, pain while peeing or blood in your urine (signs of kidney problems), rash and a slow or irregular heartbeat.
