How NeTALo Products work
Netarsudil contains Netarsudil, a rho kinase inhibitor, which is believed to reduce the pressure inside the eyes called intraocular pressure (IOP), by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor through the trabecular meshwork route. Aqueous humor is a transparent water-like fluid in the eye that bathes and nourishes the lens and maintains pressure within the eye. This helps to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension.

Frequently asked questions about NeTALo Products
Frequently asked questions about Netarsudil
Q. What is NeTALo Eye Drop used for?
NeTALo Eye Drop is used to lower pressure inside the eye caused by glaucoma (high pressure that can damage the optic nerve of the eye) or ocular hypertension (high pressure in the eye). Reducing eye pressure helps prevent damage to the optic nerve and loss of vision.
Q. When should I reach out to a doctor while using NeTALo Eye Drop?
You should seek your doctor’s advice right away if you experience any new eye problems (such as injury, infection, vision loss with or without eye pain), have eye surgery, or notice any eye reactions, especially redness or eyelid issues, while using NeTALo Eye Drop.
Q. What are the serious side effects of NeTALo Eye Drop?
Although the serious side effects of NeTALo Eye Drop are rare, seek medical help if you notice severe eye pain, vision changes (like blurriness that doesn’t go away), and swelling or infection in or around the eyes. These could mean a serious reaction or another eye problem.
Q. What precautions should I take while using NeTALo Eye Drop?
During NeTALo Eye Drop treatment, you should not drive or operate machinery right after using NeTALo Eye Drop if your vision is blurry. Don’t wear contact lenses immediately after using the drops. Wash your hands before and after each use. Lastly, inform your doctor if you notice any ongoing eye irritation or unusual symptoms.
Q. Is NeTALo Eye Drop good for glaucoma?
Yes, NeTALo Eye Drop is used only to treat open-angle glaucoma (a condition where the drainage angle remains open but fluid buildup increases eye pressure), not angle-closure glaucoma (where the drainage angle becomes blocked). Both conditions are different and require tailored treatment approaches.
Q. Can you take NeTALo Eye Drop twice a day?
Do not use NeTALo Eye Drop more than twice a day, as it is not well tolerated and is not recommended. The recommended dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening. If you miss a dose, continue with the next scheduled dose in the evening.
Q. How long can NeTALo Eye Drop be used after opening the bottle?
After opening the NeTALo Eye Drop bottle, you should store it at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees Celsius for up to 6 weeks. If you are carrying NeTALo Eye Drop, make sure the temperature is maintained not exceeding 40 degrees Celcius for only up to 14 days.
