Naxen 750mg Tablet CR is a pain killer and is used to reduce pain. It belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and is used to treat diseases of joints such as rheumatoid arthritis (including in children), osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. It is also used to treat attacks of gout, muscle and bone disorders and painful periods.

Naxen 750mg Tablet CR may be given to reduce the pain and swelling associated with sinus infection. It does not, however, treat any infections, you would need antibiotics for the same. Consult a doctor for the treatment of sinus infection.

Naxen 750mg Tablet CR can raise your blood pressure, however, it is not a very common side effect.
