Miconazole + Mometasone + Nadifloxacin1 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Miconazole + Mometasone + Nadifloxacin3 is an antibiotic which kills bacteria that cause skin infections. Miconazole + Mometasone + Nadifloxacin2 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
