Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine is a combination of three medicines: Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine1, Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine2 and Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine3. Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine1 and Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine3 are antispasmodics which work by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). They stop sudden muscle contractions (spasms). This relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine2 is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
