How Mefbrom Spas Products work

Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom1, Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom2 and Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom3. Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom1 is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and relieves cramps and bloating. Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom2 is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain. Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom3 is a diuretic which increases urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.
