How Keralin Products work

Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid is a combination of three medicines: Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid1, Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid2 and Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid3. Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid1 is an antiseptic. Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid2 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid3 is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid2 into the skin.
