Gabapentin + Capsaicin + Ketoprofen + Methyl Salicylate1 is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Gabapentin + Capsaicin + Ketoprofen + Methyl Salicylate2 is a plant derivative which activates certain receptors to cause prolonged desensitization of the local pain nerves. Gabapentin + Capsaicin + Ketoprofen + Methyl Salicylate3 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Gabapentin + Capsaicin + Ketoprofen + Methyl Salicylate4 is used as topical analgesic (pain reliever). It works by first cooling the skin then warming it up.
