How Hiltrip-DP Products work
Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin1, Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin2 and Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin3 which relieve pain. Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin1 is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin2 is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin3 is a combination of enzymes which break down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood. They increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.

Yes, long-term use of Hiltrip-DP Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. The use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body, leading to kidney damage on long-term use. The use of painkillers is not recommended for patients with underlying kidney disease.

Hiltrip-DP Tablet contains paracetamol. This medicine is known to cause harm to the liver, especially in doses above the recommended level. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with underlying liver disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any early signs and symptoms of liver damage. These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin, or eyes.

It may take about an hour to see the initial benefits of pain relief after taking Hiltrip-DP Tablet.
