You should inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems, have had eye surgery (especially cataracts), take medications for erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure, or chest pain, and/or are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

The first dose of Gotera 2mg Tablet (or when resuming after a break) can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, leading to fainting and dizziness. That's why it should be taken at bedtime and with caution.

Take Gotera 2mg Tablet at bedtime (especially when starting treatment) to minimize dizziness from first-dose effects. After adjusting, your doctor may switch you to morning dosing.

No, do not stop taking Gotera 2mg Tablet suddenly. Your doctor may gradually reduce the dose under medical supervision. Stopping it abruptly can cause a sudden rise in blood pressure and worsen symptoms of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia).
