How Flusid B Products work
Beclometasone + Fusidic Acid is a combination of three medicines: Beclometasone + Fusidic Acid1 and Beclometasone + Fusidic Acid2 which treat skin infections. Beclometasone + Fusidic Acid1 is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Beclometasone + Fusidic Acid2 is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

You should not use Flusid-B Cream unless directed by your doctor. Using Flusid-B Cream on the face may increase the absorption of Flusid-B Cream into the blood, leading to side effects. If any of these occur, stop using the medication immediately and seek medical advice.
Q. Is Flusid-B Cream safe for children?

No, Flusid-B Cream is not intended to treat acne, and using it for this purpose may actually worsen acne symptoms. If you are experiencing acne, speak to your doctor about appropriate treatments.

It is also not recommended on skin that has reacted poorly to vaccines.
