How Erob Products work
Erythromycin + Bromhexine is a combination of two medicines: Erythromycin + Bromhexine1 and Erythromycin + Bromhexine2 which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Erythromycin + Bromhexine1 is a macrolide antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Erythromycin + Bromhexine2 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of Erythromycin + Bromhexine2 enhances the antibacterial effect of Erythromycin + Bromhexine1.
