Individual should not take Elate M Tablet if they are allergic to dosulepin, methylcobalamin, or any of its ingredients, have epilepsy (seizure disorder), severe liver problems, a recent heart attack, or are currently taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs, a type of antidepressant).

Elate M Tablet may increase the risk of abnormal heart rhythms, especially in elderly individuals or those with heart conditions.
