How Dorsun T Products work
Dorzolamide + Timolol is a combination of two medicines: Dorzolamide + Timolol1 and Dorzolamide + Timolol2. Dorzolamide + Timolol1 is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor and Dorzolamide + Timolol2 is a beta blocker. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.

Dorsun T Eye Drop is a prescription eye medicine used to lower high pressure inside the eye (used in open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension), when a single beta-blocker eye drop is not enough.
Q. Who must not use Dorsun T Eye Drop?
Individuals should not use Dorsun T Eye Drop if they have or have had asthma, severe COPD, sinus bradycardia, second/third-degree AV block, overt heart failure, cardiogenic shock, or if they are allergic to any component of the medicine.
Q. I have asthma. Is Dorsun T Eye Drop safe for me?
No, Dorsun T Eye Drop contains a beta-blocker (timolol) that can be absorbed and trigger severe bronchospasm in people with asthma or severe lung disease. This medicine should not be used in bronchial asthma or in those with a history of bronchial asthma. If you have breathing problems, tell your doctor.
