Dolosig-LP

Dolosig-LP Tablet is used for reducing pain and inflammation related to conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle pain, dental pain, headache, mild migraine, back pain, painful periods, etc. It is often prescribed when simple painkillers have not given adequate relief.

Individuals should not use Dolosig-LP Tablet if they are allergic to lornoxicam, paracetamol, etc., or other NSAIDs, have active or recurrent peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart failure, bleeding disorders, or are below eighteen years of age.

Although they are rare, serious side effects of Dolosig-LP Tablet include liver damage (especially with overdose), allergic reactions (swelling, rash, breathing trouble), gastrointestinal bleeding, black or bloody stools, jaundice, severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, etc. Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.

You should use Dolosig-LP Tablet only for as long as prescribed. It starts to relieve pain within an hour of intake. The full benefits for conditions like arthritis may take longer. Avoid long-term use due to the risk of side effects, and discuss with your doctor for continued treatment.
