How Dispasm D Products work
Dicyclomine + Diclofenac + Paracetamol is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Diclofenac and Paracetamol, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dicyclomine + Diclofenac + Paracetamol2 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Dicyclomine + Diclofenac + Paracetamol3 is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.

Dispasm D Tablet contains paracetamol. This medicine is known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level. Also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with the underlying liver disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any early signs and symptoms of liver damage. These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, and abnormal liver enzymes.
