Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylephrine1 is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylephrine2 is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
