Hyoscine butylbromide + Paracetamol is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine butylbromide + Paracetamol1 and Hyoscine butylbromide + Paracetamol2, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Hyoscine butylbromide + Paracetamol1 is an anti-spasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Hyoscine butylbromide + Paracetamol2 is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.
