Atorin N

Atorin N 10 mg/375 mg Tablet is prescribed to lower high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Atorin N 10 mg/375 mg Tablet helps reduce bad low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and increase good high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, which further helps lower triglycerides.

Before using Atorin N 10 mg/375 mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney problems, diabetes, gout, muscle disorders, or a history of allergic reaction to any ingredients present in Atorin N 10 mg/375 mg Tablet. Inform your doctor about all other medicines and supplements you use, as certain combinations can cause serious side effects.

Individuals should not use Atorin N 10 mg/375 mg Tablet if they are allergic to atorvastatin or nicotinic acid, have active liver disease, unexplained high liver enzymes, or are pregnant. Inform your doctor if you are at risk for muscle disorders, have severe kidney problems, or have a history of gout or peptic ulcer.

Serious side effects of Atorin N 10 mg/375 mg Tablet include severe muscle pain, weakness, or tenderness (a sign of rhabdomyolysis), persistent nausea or vomiting, yellowing of the skin or eyes (liver problems), dark urine, unexplained fatigue, skin rashes, or severe allergic reaction. Seek prompt medical attention if any of these occur.

You should continue taking Atorin N 10 mg/375 mg Tablet as prescribed. Cholesterol and triglyceride reductions are usually seen within weeks, but it can take four to six weeks for the full benefit. Do not stop taking the medicine without your doctor's advice, as cholesterol levels may rise again when treatment stops.
