Epalrestat + Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin is a combination of three medicines: Epalrestat + Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin1, Epalrestat + Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin2 and Epalrestat + Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin3 which treat diabetic nerve disease. Epalrestat + Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin1 an aldose reductase inhibitor. It blocks the accumulation of sorbitol in cells, which causes diabetic nerve disease. Epalrestat + Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin2 is a form of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Epalrestat + Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin3 is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.

Take it only as per the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor.
Adherence to antidiabetic therapy can delay the onset of or prevent diabetic nerve disease.
Inform your doctor if you have:
- Cut or sore on your feet that is infectious or not healing
- Burning or tingling sensation in arm or feet that hamper your routine activities
- Trouble in digestion, urination, or sexual functioning
- Dizziness
To prevent diabetic nerve pain, wear proper footwear and examine your feet every day to detect lesions early.
Monitor your blood sugar level regularly.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
