Long-term use of Alkopex Oral Solution should only be done under medical supervision, as excess intake may cause high potassium or magnesium, which can harm your heart and kidneys.

Alkopex Oral Solution is typically prescribed for adults. The safety and effectiveness in children or the elderly may vary. Always consult your doctor before use in these groups.
