Magaldrate + Dimethicone is a combination of two medicines: Magaldrate + Dimethicone1 and Magaldrate + Dimethicone2. Magaldrate + Dimethicone1 is an inorganic salt that neutralises the excess acid in stomach. Magaldrate + Dimethicone2 is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
