CLPD Leukemia

The CLPD (Chronic Lymphoproliferative Disorders) Flow Panel is a flow cytometry-based diagnostic test used to analyze the immunophenotypic characteristics of lymphocytes in patients suspected of having chronic lymphoproliferative disorders, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and other related diseases. This panel examines various cell surface markers and intracellular proteins to identify aberrant populations of lymphocytes and determine their immunophenotypic profiles. The results help in diagnosing and classifying specific lymphoproliferative disorders, guiding treatment decisions, and monitoring disease progression in patients with these conditions.
