Tranexamic Acid

Tranexamic Acid का इस्तेमाल खून बहना में किया जाता है इसका इस्तेमाल माहवारी में ज्यादा खून निकलना, गर्भाशय में अनियमित रक्तस्त्राव, नाक से खून निकलना, दांत निकलवाना, प्रोस्टेट या ब्लैडर सर्जरी जैसी ख़ास अवस्थाओं में कुछ देर के लिए होने वाली ब्लीडिंग को रोकने या कम करने में किया जाता है।
