સ્તનનું કેન્સર ની સારવારમાં Anastrozole નો ઉપયોગ કરાય છે

Anastrozole એ શરીરમાં ઉત્પન્ન થતા એસ્ટ્રોજનના પ્રમાણને (કુદરતી સ્ત્રીનું હોર્મોન) ઘટાડીને કાર્ય કરે છે. આનાથી એસ્ટ્રોજનની વૃદ્ધિથી થતા સ્તનના કેટલાંક કેન્સરની વૃદ્ધિ ધીમી પડી શકે છે અથવા અટકી શકે છે.
