Tranexamic Acid+Diclofenac is used in the treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding and menstrual pain.
How Tranexamic Acid + Diclofenac works
Tranexamic Acid is an antifibrinolytic. It works by preventing the breakdown of clots and controls excessive bleeding during menstruation (periods). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Common side effects of Tranexamic Acid + Diclofenac
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
