Silymarin + Lecithin is a combination of two medicines: Silymarin and Lecithin. Silymarin is an antioxidant which protects the liver from harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Lecithin prevents fats from accumulating in the liver. It also serves as an important source of the nutrient choline which helps the liver to function properly.
