How Rifampicin + Isoniazid + Piperine works

Rifampicin + Isoniazid + Piperine is a combination of three medicines. Rifampicin and Isoniazid are antibiotics. It works by inactivating a bacterial enzyme (RNA-polymerase) which is required by bacteria to make essential proteins and to reproduce. Piperine is an enzyme. It works by increasing blood supply and helping the body produce substances that fight pain and swelling.
