How Reserpine + Dihydralazine + Hydrochlorothiazide works

Reserpine + Dihydralazine + Hydrochlorothiazide is a combination of three medicines: Reserpine , Dihydralazine and Hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Reserpine is a biogenic amine depletor and Dihydralazine is a potassium channel opener. They work by relaxing blood vessels which allows more blood and oxygen to reach the heart and other organs. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
