Pyritinol + Fluconazole is a combination of two medicines: Pyritinol and Fluconazole which treat dandruff. Pyritinol lubricates the hair shaft and gives it a shiny appearance. Fluconazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.
