Policresulen+Dibucaine is used in the treatment of piles.

Policresulen has bactericidal properties that kill harmful bacteria and prevent any infection. It also clears the wounds and dead tissues, which fastens the process of clot formation, stops bleeding and promotes healing. Dibucaine is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking the transmission of pain signals from the nerves to the brain. This helps to decrease the sensation of pain associated with piles.
