How Paracetamol + Diclofenac + Tramadol works

Paracetamol + Diclofenac + Tramadol is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
