Paracetamol + Codeine + Ibuprofen is a combination of three pain relieving medicines: Paracetamol , Codeine and Ibuprofen. Paracetamol and Ibuprofen work by blocking the chemical messengers in brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Codeine works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, thereby further decreasing pain perception.
