Paracetamol + Aspirin + Caffeine is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol , Aspirin and Caffeine which treat osteoporosis. Paracetamol and Aspirin work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Caffeine increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol .
