Naproxen + Paracetamol is a combination of two medicines: Naproxen and Paracetamol which relieve pain. These are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
