- Before using Mometasone + Azelastine, inform your doctor if you have an infection in your nose or recently had any surgery on your nose.
- When you first start using Mometasone + Azelastine, it is usual to use two sprays into both nostrils each morning.
- Try to use the spray at the same times each day. Once your symptoms are well controlled, you may be able to reduce your dose to just one spray into each nostril once a day or as prescribed.
- Do not use Mometasone + Azelastine more often, or for a longer period of time, than your doctor has recommended. This can increase the risk of side effects.
