How Metronidazole + Sucralfate works

Metronidazole + Sucralfate is a combination of two medicines: Metronidazole and Sucralfate. Metronidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA. Sucralfate is an anti-ulcer medicine which covers the damaged and diseased tissue and protects it against injury to facilitate healing.
