Methdilazine is used in the treatment of pruiritis (itching, redness and swelling of skin) due to allergic reactions and perennial or seasonal allergic rhinitis (sneezing, watery and itchy eyes, running of nose).

How it works

Methdilazine belongs to a class of drugs called phenothiazines.  It blocks the substance which causes allergic reactions, thereby relieving the allergic symptoms.

  • Do not take if having stomach obstruction, urinary obstruction, increased pressure inside the eye that causes vision problems.
