Before using Liposomal Dithranol, clean and dry the affected area. Gently and thoroughly massage it into the skin. Be careful not to get the medication in your eyes or mouth. If Liposomal Dithranol gets in your eyes accidentally, wash with plenty of water and call your doctor if your eyes are irritated.
No, do not overuse Liposomal Dithranol for long periods or on large areas of skin. It can result in over-absorption of the medicine into the body. This may lead to the thinning or weakening of the skin and other serious side effects. If you are experiencing increased severity of your symptoms, please consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
No, do not stop taking Liposomal Dithranol even if you start to feel better. You should finish the full course of treatment.
