How Linezolid + Sulbactam works

Linezolid + Sulbactam is a combination of two medicines: Linezolid and Sulbactam. Linezolid is an antibiotic. It stops the bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Sulbactam blocks the action of the enzymes produced by bacteria to inactivate the antibiotics.
