Ketoconazole Topical + Aloe Vera + D-Panthenol is a combination of three medicines: Ketoconazole Topical , Aloe Vera and D-Panthenol which treat dandruff. Ketoconazole Topical is an antifungal medicine which stops the growth of fungi that cause dandruff by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Aloe Vera is a plant, extracts of which form a protective layer on the scalp by restoring moisture leaving it hydrated and refreshed. D-Panthenol is a form of vitamin B which further lubricates the hair shaft giving it a shiny appearance.
