Ketoconazole + Ichthyol Pale + Aloe Vera + D-Panthenol is a combination of four medicines: Ketoconazole , Ichthyol Pale , Aloe Vera and D-Panthenol which treat dandruff. Ketoconazole and Ichthyol Pale work by killing the microorganisms that cause dandruff. Ichthyol Pale additionally relieves itching and exerts a soothing effect on scalp. Aloe Vera is a plant. It forms a protective layer on the scalp by restoring moisture, leaving it hydrated and refreshed. D-Panthenol is a form of vitamin B which further lubricates the hair shaft giving it a shiny appearance.
